COMMERCIAL TRANSPARENCY
Advertising and affiliate disclosure
Readers should be able to see who benefits from a click and whether a commercial relationship can affect placement.
CURRENT AUDITED BUILD
Operator promotion links and editorial ratings are present
As of 11 August 2026, the home page contains nine publisher-requested comparison entries, “Claim Now” calls to action and visible WagerMark editorial scores. Some destination URLs contain referral-style path codes.
The project owner has not supplied a verified statement confirming whether WagerMark receives a fixed fee, click fee, registration payment, deposit commission, revenue share or no compensation. Until that is confirmed, readers should treat these links as commercial.
Code-level statement
This disclosure describes the supplied build and cannot prove contracts or payments outside the files. Operator-provided bonus and processing claims are not transaction-tested facts.
LINK TREATMENT
Commercial intent is marked at the link and comparison
Every operator CTA opens in a new tab and uses rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow sponsored". The home page places a plain-language limitation before the cards and repeats the relationship gap below them.
- Name the type of compensation: fixed fee, click, lead, deposit, revenue share or another model.
- Explain whether every listed organisation can pay or only selected partners can.
- Label sponsored placement at the card, table or link where the commercial action occurs.
- Preserve documented negative findings even when the operator is a partner.
- Update this disclosure whenever a destination or commercial relationship changes.
EDITORIAL FIREWALL
Evidence decides the conclusion
A commercial partner may provide documentation, answer factual questions or request correction of a demonstrable error. It may not approve the article, choose the rating, hide material restrictions or remove a well-supported negative finding.
When evidence is incomplete, the editorial outcome should remain “not verified” regardless of potential revenue.
READER CHECKLIST
Questions to ask of any comparison publication
- Does the publisher earn money if I click, register, deposit or lose?
- Can a non-paying operator appear in the same comparison?
- Are scores supported by an inspectable method and dated evidence?
- Are restrictions visible before the promotional button?
- Does the publication distinguish legal status from market availability?
If these questions have no clear answer, treat the page as advertising until independent evidence shows otherwise.
