ABOUT THE PUBLICATION
Independent research, verification and consumer education
WagerMark adds legal, evidence and testing context to comparison entries instead of treating the biggest promotion as proof of quality.
PURPOSE
Turn marketing claims into answerable questions
WagerMark publishes research methods and consumer guides about online gambling claims seen by Australian readers. Its core work is to identify the claim, find the most authoritative available evidence, record the source owner and date, and explain what remains uncertain.
The publication focuses on legal context, operator identity, licence verification, bonus conditions, payments, game mathematics, security and gambling harm. It does not provide legal, financial or medical advice.
BOUNDARIES
What WagerMark is not
- Not an online casino, wagering provider or payment processor
- Not a government agency, regulator or licence register
- Not a guarantee that an operator will pay, protect data or act lawfully
- Not a claim that an editorial score proves legality or payment reliability
- Not a reason to gamble, increase a deposit or chase a loss
The home page now restores nine publisher-requested comparison cards. Their scores are presented as WagerMark editorial values; bonus, establishment, wagering, deposit and payout fields remain supplied directory claims. The page does not describe them as transaction-tested or as proof of Australian authorisation.
HOW THE WORK IS DONE
A source-first editorial process
Australian legal claims begin with legislation, ACMA and other official services. Product or payment claims may use provider documentation. Operator pages can show what an operator says, but the wording is labelled as operator-controlled and is not treated as independent proof.
Each substantive guide identifies its last review date and links primary sources near the relevant claim. A comparison score is treated as an editorial summary; material uncertainty and testing limits must remain visible beside it.

ATTRIBUTION
Why pages use “WagerMark Editorial Team”
No verified individual author identity, biography, photograph or professional qualification was supplied with this project. The site therefore uses a collective editorial attribution and does not claim a named expert, fact-checker or years of experience.
The team profile describes editorial responsibilities rather than invented credentials. If real contributors are added later, the publication should verify consent, biography details, roles and article history before creating Person schema.
COMMERCIAL TRANSPARENCY
Operator links are present; compensation status is unconfirmed
The restored comparison cards contain “Claim Now” links to third-party operator domains, including referral-style URL paths. Every link is marked sponsored and nofollow. The project owner did not supply a verified statement identifying whether clicks, registrations, deposits or losses generate compensation.
Readers should treat these as commercial links unless the owner publishes a more specific statement. The advertising disclosure records this unresolved relationship and the editorial safeguards that still apply.
CONTACT STATUS
No verified public contact channel was supplied
WagerMark has not published an email address, postal address or contact form because none was verified for this project. Inventing an address would create a false route and could expose readers’ personal information.
Until the owner supplies and verifies a channel, do not send identity documents, bank records, passwords or account credentials to anyone claiming to represent WagerMark. The missing contact route is disclosed in the audit report as requiring human input.
